Before-before-after Hello, I had rhinoplasty before entering college in 2013, so it has been about 11 years up to this year, when I’m thirty. I noticed cartilage showing through in the columella area around 6 years ago, and since it didn’t progress any further, I just watched it. I was extremely stressed, but because I was afraid of having surgery again, I kept putting it off and finally had everything removed today. I still have a splint on, so I don’t know what the shape will be like, but even with the splint, my nasal bridge already seems lower, and I feel so relieved and happy. In my 20s, a high nose looked pretty to me, but now that I’m in my thirties, I think naturalness is the best.
