My eyesight was very bad, about -9 in the right eye and -6.5 in the left eye.
Other hospitals said only lens implantation was possible,
but I found a hospital that said LASEK surgery was possible, and after getting LASEK in 2014, my vision became 1.0 and 1.0 haha
I remember that for exactly 3 days after surgery, my eyes hurt and felt like harsh soapy water had gotten into them. After that, the pain went away, and I could see very well with clear image quality.
As of 2024, I'm living satisfied with about 0.8 and 1.0 vision.
Sometimes when the air is dry while I'm sleeping, my eyes sting so much that I wake up, but it happens very rarely, so I don't think it counts as a side effect.
