3-month review of sleep-sedation square jaw surgery at a clinic... surgeon’s skill?

Before/after/after I had endoscopic behind-the-ear square jaw surgery at a clinic. I chose this clinic because I liked the method of operating under sleep sedation with incisions only behind the ears, and I’m satisfied because recovery has been fast and the line seems to be coming out well quickly. I asked them to perform the surgery while naturally leaving a little angle under the ear, and I think the surgeon did a good job, making it look refined and suited to my face. They didn’t recommend any other surgeries to me, and said that if I only did the square jaw surgery, I probably wouldn’t really need to do anything else. They said that if it’s done excessively and the natural proportions of my face are disrupted, that would not be good. For those getting a consultation or surgery at this clinic, definitely bring photos of what you want. They tell you almost exactly how close you can get to the photo and what kind of feel can be achieved, and they clearly say whether it’s possible or not. I liked that they spoke realistically rather than just raising my expectations. The swelling will go down more from here, so I’m looking forward to it becoming even slimmer. Surgeon’s skill is good!
