I’m 3 months post-op from implant-free rhinoplasty at the plastic surgery clinic!! I had a hump and a low nasal tip, so ear cartilage + septal cartilage were used to naturally raise the nasal tip, and I also had alar reduction. From right after surgery until now, at 3 months, the nose shape has stayed the same. Right after surgery, the shape came out so pretty and well that I wondered, will it stay like this? Since it was implant-free, I was worried that it might get absorbed and the nasal tip might drop a lot, but now it has naturally come down a little, the swelling has gone down a lot, and compared with right after surgery, a very natural and pretty nose has been completed!! The scar has now faded about 80%, to the point where it’s barely visible. I don’t think I have any side effects at all, and my nasal function is healthy, the same as before surgery!
