Two years ago, when I got Hiko, I liked how my nasal tip seemed slightly higher and how the lifted-looking feeling improved a lot, so I got it once more last year. But after the second time, my nasal tip hurt so much and the foreign-body sensation was severe, so I asked the clinic where I had it done whether removal was possible. After only hearing that removal would be difficult and that it would get better with time, I decided I would never do threads again and looked into actual nose thread removal. Then I heard this hospital could remove nose threads through a closed approach, so I booked a consultation.
The director who consulted with me said they might not be able to remove all of the nose threads, but they would remove as many of the still-undissolved threads as possible. They said that after having threads, scar tissue had filled inside the nose, contributing to the nasal tip looking thicker. And they said that since I was doing it anyway, my nose would have a good effect if I also did bulbous nose correction and nostril reduction, so after thinking about it, I decided on surgery and had it done.
I saw a lot of posts in a community saying people had done it before and the results seemed mixed, so honestly I hesitated a lot, but when I looked at other apps, there were definitely many satisfied people too, so I was wavering.
On the apps as well, people who had their noses done while removing the threads were satisfied with the results, and the side profile also came out more glamorous than I expected, so I decided on surgery.
Seriously, to the point that I wondered whether my nose had really been that big before, after surgery, the front view became slimmer like it had been contoured. They said they design the dermis to make it feel as slim as possible, and the frontal effect was really better than I expected. Also, the nostril scars aren’t that noticeable and look natural. Even without touching the nasal bridge, I really think my nose became pretty! I thought there would be many people in this community deliberating about this too, so I’m leaving a review here as well.
