Half a year preparing for surgery, 3 months after surgery

After before after before after after before I prepared for surgery for half a year, and now it has been 3 months since I had rhinoplasty. During the half year of preparation, I searched YouTube videos, read rhinoplasty reviews, and chose a hospital. Actually, that period was more stressful and difficult. Consultation tours were really hard I have a passive personality, so overcoming the pressure to book was really difficult I decided on the hospital after having two consultations there. There was no pressure to book, and during the repeat consultation I asked the same questions again and again, but both the consultant and the director explained everything kindly and in detail without showing any annoyance. The rhinoplasty cost was also reasonable, so I decided on it. The pre-surgery photos are from when I had nose filler, and I had surgery after removing the nose filler. Even with filler, my nose was very low and actually looked a bit crooked. My skin stretches fairly well, so I could have made the nose height higher, but making it too high felt burdensome, so I only put in 4 mm of silicone. Maybe because I did alar reduction and bulbous nose surgery together, my nose became slim enough to be unrecognizable. That’s the part I’m most satisfied with. After 3 months, I feel like the improvement of my bulbous nose, the reduced nostril wings, the higher nasal bridge, and the improvement of the crooked nose all turned out really well. The scar from the columella incision on my nose has almost disappeared now, but the alar reduction scars are still there, so once only those disappear, I think it will be perfect. They said this should improve with a bit more time, so I’ll wait longer.
