Hello. About a year ago, I had a non-incisional posterior lower canthoplasty procedure, and I had no problems at all. Then suddenly, from late January of this year, only the back part of one eye started becoming red and bloodshot, and sometimes I get pain that feels like pressure building up or a dull ache..
When I went to an ophthalmology clinic, I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis. If I don’t wear contact lenses and use the eye drops, it gets a bit better, but after it seems healed, if I wear contacts even once, it immediately turns red again. These days I haven’t had time to go to the hospital, so I didn’t use the medication for a few days, and now even though I haven’t worn contacts, the redness is severe and the back of my eye feels achy.
If anyone has had a canthoplasty done non-incisionally and has symptoms like mine, I would really appreciate a comment
For now, I’m planning to go back soon for a consultation at the place where I had the non-incisional canthoplasty done.
