I had the cotton removed yesterday, and it’s really so stuffy. My nose is packed with mucus, so it feels blocked all day I think it was actually better when the cotton was still in. The mucus isn’t flowing out, but at the incision area, mucus keeps being there, then drying, then being there, then drying, so somehow it feels even more painful;; I did ask the manager whether nasal irrigation is okay, but would it be better to just endure it...
