Has anyone had under-eye fat removal or foreign material removal at Ssael in Seoul..? I had my second under-eye fat removal surgery at a large hospital, but it was botched so I'm looking for another place.. There aren't many reviews here.. Is there a place that's good at fat removal.. I hope this will be my last surgery..
