Bulbous Nose Surgery for a Straight-to-Slightly-Curved Line

The nose itself was straight, but because of the nasal alae, the farther down toward the tip it went, the more unnecessarily uneven it looked, and it was an area where sebum control was difficult.. Should I call them nasolabial folds? Because the nasal alae took up space and cast shadows, they looked even more emphasized, so I looked older than my actual age and had to touch up my foundation often, which was really inconvenient.. People around me tried to stop me, saying it wasn't that noticeable and that I shouldn't go under the knife for no reason, but you can't be lenient about your own appearance.. so I couldn't help being interested in nose surgery. Before surgery, I went to consultations at a few hospitals, and while looking at review photos, for places where I thought, "Oh, this is a little different from the style I want.." I felt that the directors were subtly recommending their own inherent style. I understand what that means, but anyway, my first priority was not having it turn out badly, and second was getting the nose I wanted, so I spent a lot of time finding a hospital whose style matched, one that would listen to my requests as much as possible and still produce good results haha. I had a bulbous nose, and the line from the side dropped almost sharply at about 20 to 30 degrees, so they said that to shape it prettily, the columella itself would need to be lengthened a bit, and that naturally raising the nasal tip would look pretty. I felt it right from the week after surgery, but comparing the current photos with the before photos makes the before-and-after difference feel even more real. I also had a very slight dorsal hump without realizing it, so I asked them to pay attention to it, and I think they handled that well while doing the nasal bridge, so I'm very satisfied. Now I think I just need to watch how much my bulky nasal alae can shrink!
