Choosing breast implants So many people around me were getting Motiva, so before looking around in person I was also planning on Motiva, but when I went for consultations and heard the price,, it was so expensive that I even wondered what kind of money everyone was using to get it done. Mentor is a formally approved implant, but somehow there seemed to be a lot of advertising-type talk saying Motiva is safer? So I decided to just go with Mentor. I debated until the end between Mentor Xtra and Mentor Smooth, then decided on Mentor Smooth because the feel was better.
2. I chose a place that didn’t pressure me heavily to book. The places that did were too burdensome,, I preferred consultations where they told me to think carefully and come back. The consultant empathized with and comforted me as a fellow woman, and the director also looked very sincerely at what size would look good for my body shape.
3. I did 375 on the left and 350 on the right through an inframammary incision. I was also concerned about recovery, and because of scarring, transaxillary incision was difficult for me since I wear sleeveless tops so often. These days, inframammary incision scars are barely noticeable, so I went with that.
4. I wasn’t that nervous on the day of surgery, but when I was talking about this and that with the director in the operating room, I got nervous enough for my hands to sweat,, even though the operating room was a little cold Then the anesthesia started taking effect and I passed out,, (well, not passed out, I guess I was anesthetized) When I opened my eyes, the surgery was already over, and because of the anesthesia I was in a dazed + confused state.
5. Hospitalization? Taxi? I had none of that,, I came home by subway. Fortunately, my surgery was in the morning, so even after everything finished and I came out, there weren’t many people on the subway, and it wasn’t even that hard,, I came home alone and moved around just fine. (My upper body felt slightly stiff and tight.)
6. I acted like a princess with my parents hehe,, Even though it didn’t hurt that much, I said it hurt and asked them to support me when I went somewhere,,, Well, there’s nothing bad about being careful, right,, My mom took walks with me every day and brewed pumpkin tea for me, so she actively helped her daughter recover from breast surgery,, Maybe thanks to that, I didn’t have much pain and my swelling went down quickly.
7. I’m still only at one month,, There’s still a long way to go before they settle, and the upper fullness needs to come down more too. Still, I carefully touched my breasts, and I’m thinking I chose Mentor Smooth well. The feel is much better than I expected, and my breast size is bigger too, so my satisfaction is growing day by day,, For now everything is good, but I plan to watch it for a few more months.
8. I thought about it for a long time before getting breast surgery, and these days I’m trying to think only good thoughts day by day. I feel like that might help my recovery too,, hehe Everyone, when you look around, don’t decide after visiting only one or two places. Go to several places first, and I hope you choose carefully. That way later you won’t regret ‘your own choice.’
