Honestly, I think you can see a little effect only if you do it along with diet control + exercise It feels like diet control is more than 90% of it. I was scared of liposuction, so I got fat-dissolving injections for my thighs + upper arms, but I just feel like I should have gotten liposuction I’m not sure about the effect compared to the price.
