I had my first nose surgery without osteotomy, and my nose looked too crooked, so I decided to get revision surgery. I want a somewhat glamorous look, but I don’t really like it when it’s extremely sharp and looks obviously operated on from the side... I looked around for places with a refined look close to glamorous, and decided to do it at ㄹㅅㅌ.. Has anyone here had revision rhinoplasty with Director ㅊㅈㅎ here? I’m planning to use silicone together with autologous costal cartilage, and also have osteotomy!!
