As the title says, I want to remove all the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, which caused my upturned nose, and replace the bridge implant with 2 or 2.5 mm silicone because my bridge is very low. I only want to improve the bridge a little, while my tip is naturally upturned… I have seen many people who removed only the silicone and kept the tip, but I rarely see the opposite case. If you have, please give me some advice…
