I had a decent amount of volume, but after gaining and then losing weight, I became dissatisfied with the shape and went in. The consultation manager was kind, but the doctor was so mechanical—or maybe I should say unfriendly. When I said I weighed 60 kg, he just said, somewhat incredulously, that I didn’t have enough tissue, which left me confused. It would have been nice if he had explained in detail why there wasn’t enough tissue. There is an alternative treatment, though. It lasts a year and is expensive, but it might be worth considering for people who can’t have fat grafting and don’t want implants.
