How my second nose surgery also got botched

The director seemed very confident and was supposedly a specialist in bulbous noses, so I introduced him to my older sister and she had surgery first. It turned out very well? The surgical scar on the side of her nose stresses her out, but still, compared to her old nose, her bulbous nose was corrected. So I also followed and had surgery there. But the day after surgery, while I was going to get my antibiotic injection, I looked at my nose and my nostrils were lifted up. When I told them, they did readily acknowledge it. They said they needed to lower them, so I had surgery right away and lowered the nostrils. Then, while checking progress between one week and one month, the silicone was moving at the glabella, so when I told them, they acknowledged it again and said we should redo it. I was like, excuse me? But I couldn’t live like that, so I did it again.. sigh. After correcting the silicone, I looked at my nose and the middle of my nose felt sunken? The skin was indented, so I thought it was a dressing mark, but when I asked, they said it was because they had cut away too much tissue and told me to get Rejuran injections. So I traveled 3 hours round trip every weekend for about a month to get them. But there was no effect. I only got needle marks on my nose, so they look like pores. When I asked what to do, they said we should do surgery by placing artificial dermis? over it, but I can’t trust this doctor anymore, and I’m anxious whether this could really be the last surgery. The bulbous nose correction did improve somewhat, but I’m living with a Squidward-like nose line. These days I want revision surgery again, so I’m looking into clinics. Please recommend some.
