I had my nose and eyes done together, and we had planned to use autologous cartilage when raising the nasal tip, but when the surgery was over and I woke up from anesthesia, my ear was fine, so I asked and they said they raised it using only the septum. I had my filler dissolved 2 days before surgery. The surgery was done with the eyes first and then the nose, and there wasn’t any particular moment that hurt. Today (day 3), the nasal packing was removed, and they said the stitches for my eyes and columella will be removed at 1 week, and the stitches inside the nose will be removed at 1 month.
