Revision rhinoplasty for thin skin!

I’m worried because of my thin skin. When I was 24, I had surgery for a low nose outside Seoul, and they said they couldn’t raise it much because my skin was thin. But at the time, I was satisfied because I went from having no nose to having one, you know? But now I can feel a small bump at the nasal tip, so I went to Seoul for a consultation, and they said my nose is also deviated and that the protruding part at the nasal tip is cartilage that has become crooked During the consultation, the director said that even though my skin is thin, they can raise it about 1-2 mm more, and they’ll use autologous costal cartilage. While taking the autologous costal cartilage, they’ll also harvest dermis from the same area so the implant/structure won’t show through the nose. If I do it like this, will it turn out well without showing through the nose??? Even when I pull the skin on my nasal bridge, there is a tiny bit of extra skin, but I’m so worried before surgery that it might be too tight I saw in a passing post that you should absolutely not use AlloDerm, but why is that??? Is there anyone with thin skin who successfully had rhinoplasty???
