I had surgery with a slightly flashy-but-natural look, and it turned out higher than I expected. Maybe it will look a bit more natural as time passes. Both nostrils are the same size, and I can breathe well. In my first surgery, the donated costal cartilage was completely absorbed and it failed, so this time I used autologous costal cartilage. I hope it doesn't get lower I only uploaded photos taken with the basic camera.
