I had surgery with the buried-suture method 10 years ago, and this time I’m planning to do the buried-suture method again. One side completely came undone, but sometimes a line forms; compared to before, the line is higher, and the line on the other side has also gotten higher. Has anyone here redone the buried-suture method without removing the old threads, even though it wasn’t completely undone? I’m going around for consultations now, and opinions are a bit divided between “it doesn’t matter” and “it could settle back into the previous line,” so
