My nose has a low bridge and a round bulbous tip, so I decided to get surgery because of my wide nostril wings and flat glabella. Today I went to consultations at ㅁㅇㄷ and ㄹㄹ for the first time, so I’m leaving a review. Next week I’m planning to go to ㅂㅌㅇ and ㅇㅂㄹ too.
ㅁㅇㄷ - Head director ㅇㅇㅌ Took a CT, consultation fee 10,000 won Silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the tip (donated costal cartilage if needed) They said I don’t need alar reduction or osteotomy, that my nose only needs the basics, and that the size of my septal cartilage is average and the inside of my nose is properly aligned without deviation, so it wouldn’t be difficult. However, they said they might use donated costal cartilage if needed after opening the nose during surgery. The quote, on the condition that I write a review, was 4 million won for same-day booking, 4.3 million won later, and +700,000 won if donated costal cartilage is used. Both the director and the consultant gave a straightforward, clean consultation, but the possibility of using donated costal cartilage, the high price despite it being my first surgery, and the fact that it didn’t really resonate with me made me leave without paying a deposit.
ㄹㄹ - Head director ㄱㅈㄷ Took a CT, no consultation fee Silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage for the tip They said I don’t need alar reduction, and that they would also do simple bulbous-tip correction and nasolabial angle correction together. (Not included in the price) Likewise, they said my bridge is low, but the line itself is on the good side and my nasal conditions are okay, so surgery wouldn’t be difficult, and just doing the basics would give good results. The quote was on the condition that I write a review, and the consultant gave me an additional discount on their end, saying it’s rare for the director to say surgery would go this well and the effect would be this good, so it came out to around 3.5 million won for same-day booking. The director wasn’t the warm and chatty type, but only recommended exactly the surgeries I needed and had a blunt kind of kindness. The consultant was so kind that, without pressuring me, they actually told me there are too many clinics these days, so I should get more consultations and then contact them. They have many reviews with the natural style I’m aiming for, and because of the director’s experience, reasonable price, and kindness, I paid a deposit for now. (Fully refundable)
For now, among the two places I visited today, I’m definitely leaning toward ㄹㄹ, but compared with the app, there aren’t many reviews or mentions in this community, so I’m worried. Also, at ㅁㅇㄷ they even mentioned donated costal cartilage if needed, but at ㄹㄹ they said it would be okay with just septal cartilage without even using ear cartilage, and that bothers me a little too I’ll go to two more places next week and decide again, but if anyone here has had a consultation or surgery at ㄹㄹ, please leave a comment!!
