I’m scheduled for revision eye surgery with incisional ptosis correction. I congenitally sleep with one eye open, and while doing incisional ptosis correction, they may need to excise a tiny amount. In this kind of case, is it okay to do it?̤̻ The eye with ptosis stays open while I sleep... So the asymmetry is severe, and I do need ptosis correction. I don’t have much excess skin either... I’m going for another consultation tomorrow, but if they say excision is absolutely necessary, I should look into another hospital, right?̤̻
