I waited 3 hours and saw the doctor for 3 minutes The desk staff were unfriendly too, and only the female consultant was okay I don’t know if it’s because their skills are that outstanding... but honestly, I felt really bad I wondered what they think patients are; even after making me wait that long, the doctor didn’t say a single word of apology, and the desk just said the wait is usually long.... Honestly, I’m suspicious it might be like a factory-style clinic.. I wondered if this was right.... To be honest, I’m also worried about post-surgery care But since their word of mouth is so good and people say their skills are good, I’m torn Two of my friends had surgery there 5 years ago and it turned out really well, so that makes it even harder to let go
Thank You’s consultation was really good. The director was very kind and checked the line for me several times The consultant was also kind and good Overall, it felt friendly and comfortable, so emotionally I’m drawn to Thank You. Director Kim is of course famous for revision surgery too, but Director ㄷ is so famous... and skill matters more than kindness
