I got examined at a place that does ultrasound, and they said it seems to be due to the surgery where they incised the inside of the columella and lifted it... They say one side of the alar cartilage appears to be damaged... It is actually the same direction where I kept saying my nose felt strangely tight, felt odd, and the nasal tip felt hard... Like it feels caught in a stapler... Of course, it is scary just to imagine, and I have never actually experienced that, but I wonder if it will make sense if I describe it as an unpleasant feeling and slight pain as if something is pinched and stuck together... Sigh... I am trying to get treatment at a university hospital, but this place only gave me a referral, and they say the ultrasound portion is viewed in real time, so it cannot be saved as a video... The university hospital is telling me to bring the video... Is there perhaps a plastic surgery department at a university hospital or a tertiary hospital where ultrasound is possible? A place that can examine the nose without opening it up... In my case, the columella was operated on without an external incision... It was a case where they raised the columella by making an incision on the inside, inside the nose... I desperately want hospital information... Even for university hospitals, I need to know the information and go to a place that can examine this kind of case. If it is not from their own experience, they don’t even try to listen properly to what the patient says... But at a private clinic, they said that since the damaged area is damaged anyway, they would need to take tissue from my ear, remove the damaged area, and patch it on..? They said I need surgery... At first, I only wanted to operate on my nostril rims without taking risks, but I fell for the hospital’s persuasion and touched the columella, and this is what happened My stance is that surgery should be avoided as much as possible... for me...
