Consultation review for a man with a bulbous nose, without implants

I had made a reservation, but the waiting time was somewhat long.
The consultation order was counselor > director > counselor.
Both the counselor and the director were kind.
During the director’s consultation, they proceeded while showing me with Photoshop what it might look like after surgery.
As the consultation result, they recommended soft tissue removal / a 3-4 mm silicone implant for the nasal bridge / septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
They said that if I really wanted to do it without implants, it would also be possible to proceed with soft tissue removal / nasal bridge osteotomy / septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the height would barely change, and they said it would likely only correct part of the bulbous nose.
I liked that they clearly told me what could and could not be improved, and they were kind.

Similar to the above, I had made a reservation, but there was somewhat of a wait.
The consultation order was the same: counselor > director > counselor.
Both the counselor and the director were kind.
During the director’s consultation, they showed me people they had previously operated on and explained how the improvement happens.
As the consultation result, they recommended soft tissue removal / nasal bridge osteotomy / septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
They recommended no implant, and when I said I was not greedy about height, they said some height improvement also seemed possible. They also emphasized that they do not use synthetic dermis.
During the additional consultation with the counselor, I mentioned that I have a deviated septum, and they said that if that surgery is done together, part of the cost would likely be eligible for reimbursement through private insurance. Both of them were kind, so I listened well and came back!
I now have reservations at two more places, ㅁㅎ and ㅈㅇㅈ, but I’d like to visit about one more place. If anyone knows a place famous for bulbous nose surgery for men without implants, please recommend it! So far, I’ve been recommended three places: Premier, AB, and Chiu!
