It’s been about 2 years since my nose surgery~ Overall, I’m satisfied!
I was looking for a way to get rhinoplasty without using silicone at all, and after visiting almost 6-8 clinics, I ended up coming to Lista. I remember having the surgery in early 2020.
# Hardships I think I’m the type who swells tremendously... I really swelled up a lot. My rib hurt sooooo much lol And after general anesthesia wore off, I developed a fever, so I had a really hard time that day. (I guess I always get a fever after general anesthesia...) And the struggle from not being able to breathe through my nose was honestly tear-inducing... When sleeping, I felt like I couldn’t breathe, so I even cut several straws and slept with them in my mouth. When I woke up, my tongue was dried out and stiff... It was really hard.
Also, the rib wound didn’t heal for half a year, so I struggled a lot. (It kept reopening.)
# Side effects Overall, I don’t think I have any side effects~
# Surgical result I’m very satisfied with the nasal bridge! I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge instead of silicone, and I think the shape came out very well.
The nasal tip is slightly disappointing. It didn’t become a sharp-looking nose... People seeing me for the first time would never think it’s a surgically done nose lol
I’m a man, and my nose was naturally quite small, so I’m satisfied just with my nose becoming higher in a straight-line shape haha. Aside from the hardships during the first half-year after surgery (the rib wound really lasted a long time), I’m satisfied~
