First of all, my first surgery was incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty on only one side. After about 10 years, I went for a revision consultation because of wrinkles that looked like the double eyelid line was being pinched, and something that looked like an epicanthal fold that remained even after epicanthoplasty (or a hook-shaped scar).
I went after watching YouTube, and since I remembered the swelling lasted a long time after my first surgery, I went because they said swelling is minimal even for revision surgery.
I waited a bit, then had the consultation in the order of director -> consultant.
They consulted while showing after photos (mostly photos I had seen on YouTube), and examined my eyes in detail.
They said the pinched wrinkle could be improved with laser even without surgery, and they did not recommend epicanthoplasty for the epicanthal fold because, given my eye shape, I might not get the eye shape I want even if I do epicanthoplasty (I brought photos of the eye shape I wanted).
