Before-after before-after Day 9 after bulbous nose surgery..! I had external-incision nostril reduction (seems like a scar will remain), ear cartilage, and nasal bridge osteotomy, and I'm still very satisfied so far. Surprisingly, the swelling also wasn't very severe, and I didn't bruise either..! I think a scar will remain, but my wide, protruding nostrils before were such a complex, so I'm satisfied with the result.
