Concern: protruding eyes + the right double eyelid is slightly low/odd (sometimes multiple creases)
1. Clinic: Clinic A at Sinnonhyeon Station Director: ㄱㅎㅅ Consultation fee: none It was the clinic I most wanted to get a consultation at, so I went. Maybe because I went early in the morning, there wasn’t as much waiting as I expected The consultation goes consultant-director-consultant I had a brief consultation with the consultant, waited about 10 minutes, then went in for the director’s consultation After going in, I waited about 15 minutes and I think I consulted with the director for under 10 minutes I was surprised because he was so kind. His tone was very gentle, he drew the line for me many times, and told me what would suit me He explained why multiple creases form when I’m tired, and when I said I currently have an in-out line but want a semi-out line, he immediately said I should do in-out And at the end, he gently said that since my eyes are difficult, he would pay extra attention and do it for me, so not to worry. For a moment I almost booked right away After the director’s consultation, I consulted with the consultant right away, and she was really nice. When I asked questions, she answered immediately I’m worried because the price is expensive And they said I need fat grafting above the eyes to prevent multiple creases, but when I looked up side effects, it scared me, so I’m worried According to the director, people with protruding eyes have little fat in the eyes and often have sunken eyelids They say micro-fat grafting is okay, but,,,,,, since it’s my second surgery, I’m scared And the consultant said it’s better to get a swelling injection after 6 months Incision + ptosis correction + fat grafting above the eyes
2. Clinic: Plastic Surgery Clinic A at Nonhyeon Station Director: ㅈ ㅇㅈ Consultation fee: none
The inside of the clinic was clean and the consultant was kind There was no waiting, and I consulted almost right away here too The consultation goes consultant-director-consultant The director came in, had me close and open my eyes a few times, looked at the line, and immediately explained why multiple creases form and what surgical method would be good What he said was the same as the first clinic, but the difference was that they do fat grafting and freeze it in consideration of a second round. But he said they might use it or might not He explained in detail in a somewhat indifferent way, which I liked. The director also said surgery on my eyes would not be easy Here too, he said I need an in-out line. He explained why fat grafting is needed and asked why I hadn’t done it even though it must have been like this for years I said people around me said it was okay, and since it only happens occasionally I thought it was okay, and honestly I was worried it might become strange The director confidently said it can’t get stranger than this, and it can improve I consulted with the director for about 10 minutes, then with the consultant. The price was cheaper than the first place, but I’m puzzled because the price kept going down,,, But after the consultation, the price and everything made it my first choice in my mind, then when I looked up reviews, I saw some bad posts from a few years ago, so I don’t really know these days,,, For me, the consultation and everything were fine Incision + ptosis correction + fat grafting above the eyes

When I entered the clinic, the feeling was just so-so... The consultation goes consultant-director-consultant When consulting with the consultant, I don’t know, it felt like I couldn’t quite trust her,,, and she kept talking about canthoplasty I don’t need it, but anyway I then went in for the director’s consultation The director was very gentle and nice He drew the line and explained things, but here they recommended non-incisional + ptosis correction, and said after doing that, there’s a 20%-30% chance I would need fat grafting later And when I mentioned semi-out here too, he drew the line and told me to look, saying that if I want it, I can do it. It seemed like the director was trying to actively reflect my opinion Then I consulted with the consultant, and while talking about fat grafting, she brought up full-face fat grafting, part by part. But,,, I hate that kind of thing, so I basically gave up on it and crossed it off my list
4. Clinic: Plastic Surgery Clinic B at Sinsa Station Director: ㄱㄷㅎ Consultation fee: none The interior was clean and the consultant was kind The consultation goes consultant-director-consultant The consultant wrote down what I wanted and told me to wait, and I think I consulted with the director almost right away He said there’s no need to make the line big, and it needs to be done so the scar doesn’t pull. He said the line should be low, or just like the left side He said I should do an in-out line, and while there won’t be a big change from now, the right side will have a change For fat grafting, he said first on the day of surgery he’ll pull down and use what’s above, and if that doesn’t work, he’ll wake me up and do fat grafting He said fat grafting doesn’t play a major role, just a temporary role in blocking it while it settles And he said if ptosis correction is done too strongly, it can make the eyes look startled, so he’ll balance both sides well Incision + ptosis correction (fat grafting if needed) The price was much cheaper than I expected, so I was surprised This place is also fine, but the price is too cheap, and I don’t know if the director is always like that, but he looked busy, yet he still answered all my questions There was no pressure at all, so I liked that
On the day of the consultations, my preference was 2-1-4-3, but after looking up reviews I’m even more unsettled, and I don’t know which surgical method is right either So I’m going for another consultation this Saturday, so if there are any clinics you recommend, please tell me Among these 4 places, where do you think it would be right to do it,,,,
