It’s revision rhinoplasty.. I had it done without an implant before, but I didn’t see much effect, so I was thinking of trying an implant.. But after reading reviews, it seems like these days people use costal cartilage more than implants.. Could each clinic just be good at different things? They say implant-free surgery has no inflammation risk from implants and is much safer, so I’m getting swayed again.. If I want to raise the nasal bridge too, is costal cartilage not even an option and it has to be an implant?
