I was a bit annoyed because I waited a long time, but the doctor was kind They took photos, did Photoshop, and took a CT scan to check the cartilage size They said my nose didn’t particularly need surgery, but that it was a bit disappointing how my nose looks spread out when I smile So they suggested putting in 3 mm silicone and lifting the nasal tip with cartilage They also said it would be good to remove a little fat from the nasal tip I liked that they were very gentle, and the consultant told me to make a reservation first, so I did, but I didn’t feel strongly drawn to it, so I just canceled I got the deposit refunded

I was a little worried because I’d heard they give blunt reality checks, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected... maybe because it was almost time for them to leave work? I’d heard the consultation was long, but it wasn’t really, and as soon as they saw me, they precisely pointed out the parts that were my complexes They said the side view is very pretty, but the front and 45-degree angles are not great (the part I agreed with exactly...) They said this kind of nose isn’t difficult to operate on, and that they would put in 2.5-3 mm silicone, build it up with cartilage, and clean up the tip without needing to touch it in a complicated way So I started debating a lot whether to do it here...
I guess confidence really matters; when they speak confidently, it does kind of pull you in, but ... there are too few reviews, so I’m still thinking...
