Last week, I had A/S revision surgery after 2 years at the place where I had my nose surgery Back then, it was definitely difficult and took a long time because I had bulbous nose correction and the nasal tip was raised using septal cartilage and ear cartilage For the revision, they corrected the white-looking nose, tied the cartilage protruding inside the nose, additionally corrected the bulbous nose, and removed internal scar tissue. I’m now approaching day 5 But the scar tissue inside the nose that wasn’t visible on the first day is visible again... They said it was protruding cartilage and that they would tie it well, but was it not done properly Last time it was inside the nose, so it wasn’t visible unless viewed from below, but this time it’s right next to the nostril beside the columella, so I’m worried...
