Before<before>Before<after>I had a low, droopy hooked nose, and this time I got nose surgery at a clinic. People around me said it turned out well, so I'm happy I did it without an implant, using my septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I had depressor septi nasi muscle resection under the nose so that my nasal tip wouldn't droop when I talk or smile normally, or even later on! It came out exactly in the shape I wanted. I did it right before Lunar New Year, so it's almost been a month, but I hope the swelling doesn't go down too much.. For everyone who did it without an implant, how long did your swelling last??
