I had revision surgery with Motiva Full at Note Plastic Surgery. The surgeon considered my build, rib cage, and my preferences and placed 425 cc on the left and 450 cc on the right. They removed the capsule only on the right, where there had been a rupture, and performed partial capsulectomy on the left. It has only been one month, so the result feels less natural than I expect, but the asymmetry has been balanced well and I really like the size, haha. Honestly, I increased the size during revision, and I think that was a good decision too! Lol, haha. I had my first surgery more than 10 years ago, but the right side ruptured, gel leaked out, and asymmetry developed, so while looking into revision surgery I ended up having it done by Dr. Kwon at Note. I was very worried after hearing that the gel had spread extensively and that the lymph nodes could not be seen well, but now that I am one month out and recovering well, I feel truly relieved T_T
