I had surgery in July, so it has been about three months. When I first went in, the consultation was very perfunctory, and although the swelling after double-eyelid surgery may still be swelling that can remain at three months, the skin looks extremely puffy when I close my eyes, and both eyes have become sausage eyes. Moreover, the scar on my right eye is deeply indented, leaving a depressed scar. I will watch to see whether it improves as the swelling goes down and post an update later.. Still, it is really nice that my eyelashes no longer poke me.
