Has anyone had a dermal graft? Is there volume only right after the procedure, and does it disappear again later? I want a slightly fuller nose, but I am worried it will only look that way temporarily. Is there nothing that can be done if you naturally have a small nose? Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a bulbous nose because it could simply be trimmed.
