I had eye surgery twice, and although the line wasn’t one I loved, the second surgery was decent, so I lived fine. But the line gradually got thinner, so when I took pictures with the rear camera, the line got hidden My thick eyelids also played a role. And after having surgery twice, I came to understand what kind of line I wanted.. So I searched through every community and went to consultations at 3 places specializing in eye revision, then had surgery at one of them.
1. ㅇㅁㄹ - ㄷㅇㄹ I expected that I would have to wait a lot because I had done a lot of online research beforehand. As expected, it took 2 hours from check-in until I left. I saw the consultant quickly, and it took about an hour and a half to meet the director. But I already knew that would happen, so I drank coffee and did things like people said in the community But the female consultant in charge kept apologizing I was okay though,, Anyway, the female consultant was very kind and the consultation content was professional too. The director pinpointed exactly why I didn’t like my eyes, and I liked that he spoke clearly and directly. He displayed my eye photos on the screen and explained (iPhone default camera). I don’t think he was the prickly type..? He firmly said that the only solution for the eyelid hooding that I hate is a forehead lift. But he didn’t particularly push it. During the final consultation with the consultant, I liked that she copied the written estimate on paper and gave it to me.

2. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ-ㄱㅂㅇ I went here without choosing a director. They said this director specializes in eye revision and recommended Director ㄱㅂㅇ, so I consulted with this person. But the female consultant seriously gave me a bad vibe.. a cold, unfriendly vibe? When I said I wanted to redo it because I didn’t like this and that about the line, she was just like ah~ yes~~ that kind of thing? Like she had no passion to explain anything to me, and her reactions were really.. She answered, but with no soul? Anyway, after 30 minutes I saw the director right away. He recommended a forehead lift + increasing the incision line by 1 mm. He was very comfortable and kind. He did answer everything I was curious about, but told me to decide. He also said I needed ptosis correction so it wouldn’t come undone. Hmm.. ptosis correction.. I saw the consultant again, and she didn’t even tell me the price, just said, “You need time to decide, right?”.. My interest disappeared.
Summary - consultant-director-consultant order, consultant had no passion and was unfriendly, consultation took 30 minutes, director was kind, review discount O (only within February), the incision surgery itself is inexpensive, forehead lift cost was quoted way too high, pressure for same-day booking X
3. ㄸㅋ-ㄱㅎㅅ This was a place I originally didn’t know, but I heard it was opened by someone who left ㅇㅁㄹ, so I went. But how is it so exactly the same as ㅇㅁㄹ? The consultation time was the same too (2 hours), and somehow everything felt similar to ㅇㅁㄹㅋㅋ It was fascinating. Anyway, the consultant here was also kind, and I met the director after an hour and a half. As expected from the reviews, he immediately recommended a forehead lift. He said I could do eye revision first and then the lift, and that the order didn’t matter, but honestly without a forehead lift he wouldn’t really recommend revision surgery.. ha~ And he emphasized that my eyes are eyes that absolutely, absolutely should not get ptosis correction. Aside from the forehead lift, the eye revision method was definitely the same as ㅇㅁㄹ. Here too, he displayed my eye photos and explained (DSLR). He also showed me lots of other review photos. But the forehead lift bothered me a little.. Here too, they copied the estimate exactly and gave it to me. What gave me chills was that the final estimated cost was exactly the same as ㅇㅁㄹ. But there were too many review events to write... I didn’t really like that part either.

Anyway, I had surgery at one of the 3 places. If you look at my review, you can roughly tell where it was~ Hope this helps with online research~ 1. Search and narrow down all initialisms on communities and apps 2. If you’re new to this community, build up points and be sure to read all the hospital premium analyses 3. For in-person consultations, I think at least 3 places is a must. 4. Don’t leave after paying a deposit. They’ll give the same price even if you don’t book the same day. 5. Honestly, even before going to consultations, I instinctively had a feeling that I wanted to do it at one place. Trust your own intuition a little too.
