I had rhinoplasty about 2 years ago, and it was done with donated costal cartilage. It isn’t particularly crooked and I don’t have any specific side effects, but the foreign-body sensation is so severe and the tip is too blunt, should I say? If I’m not satisfied, should I do it again? I’m also a bit anxious because it’s donated costal cartilage, and I feel like the tip will droop more over time.
