I had surgery in September~~ I heard they were famous for making a good straight-to-semi-curved line, so I went after a friend introduced me. During the consultation, I emphasized columellar volume a lot, and it came out exactly that way, so I’m really relieved hahaha. They shaved down the hump and slightly raised it with silicone! They said that with the hump, you can only tell whether it was shaved well after the swelling goes down, but I felt it after the splint came off: it was smooth with nothing protruding, and it turned out well. The nasal tip was done with donated costal cartilage, and since it was my first surgery, I didn’t want it to droop, so I don’t think I hesitated at all about choosing the material. Even now, it has settled well without drooping, and I’m taking very careful care of it. Also, it’s interesting, but I really didn’t have much swelling. They said the degree of swelling differs depending on technique, and as the director seemed during the consultation, they seem very meticulous lol
