Almost 14 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty, but there was no difference before and after the surgery, so 2 years later I had revision surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage again. I still don’t like the shape, so I’m looking into another revision surgery. Since I had it redone at the same place where I had my first surgery, I think the doctor was a facial bone specialist and lacked an aesthetic eye. If I were asking now, I think I’d go to a doctor who specializes in each specific area.
