It’s a revision rhinoplasty, and for my first surgery, I used septal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage, but my septum bent like >, so my nasal tip drooped I’m having another revision next week, but I still haven’t been able to choose between donor rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage If there were no drooping, I’d definitely want donor rib cartilage… Which is better? Please, I’m begging for answers
