It's a bit awkward to mention the clinic where I had my first surgery, but it failed, and when I looked into it afterward, some people even said it was like a factory-style clinic. Anyway, I had non-implant surgery there in December 2022, but the shape wasn't what I wanted, and it didn't look slim at all... Looking back now, there was also some pressure to book. When I hesitated on the spot, they kept lowering the deposit from 320,000 > 220,000 > 120,000 won, saying things like it was refundable anyway. I thought getting good improvement and making it look natural were clearly different things, but even when I told the clinic, they responded like, "Didn't you say you wanted it natural?" We couldn't communicate, so I just cut them off.
I don't think the word "naturally glamorous" existed when I had my surgery, but I heard it meant somewhere between glamorous + natural, so I looked for clinics in that direction and had surgery with Director Ryu Woo-sang at ㄹㅅㅌ! At first I had booked with Director Choi Jae-ho, but his style felt glamorous to naturally glamorous. I heard Director Ryu Woo-sang's style was naturally glamorous to natural, so I changed and had a consultation with him.
My nasal bridge wasn't originally that low, but he said that to get the shape I wanted, placing silicone would probably be better, so I had 2 mm silicone placed. I went in even considering costal cartilage, but he said using rib cartilage on my nose would be a waste(?), so the surgery was possible with septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
It's been a little over a month now, and the shape itself is completely, completely!!!! different from before. Even with swelling, I could see at a glance the overall feel of the shape and how slim the nasal tip looked... The nasal tip has come down compared to the beginning, but they said swelling there goes down the slowest, so I need to watch it for at least two more months. I do feel worried, but I've already been through this once, and I know it will come down little by little anyway... I just hope the result follows the feel I had in mind.
Among everyone looking into revision surgery, I've seen many posts from people whose condition is worse than mine or who are going through a really hard time emotionally. I hope everyone researches carefully and that the surgery is definitely successful I'll watch it for about three to six months, and if I feel it really turned out well, I'll come back and leave another review with photos!
