First of all, it has been 25 years since my first rhinoplasty. That surgery was done in Busan with old techniques when I didn’t know much, so apart from the shape, the headache-like foreign-body sensation has been gradually increasing. I'm very worried. I want to get a consultation near me this week first, so please send me a private message. Now, instead of inserting an implant like silicone, I want to do surgery with osteotomy or using my own bone, but is this difficult too?
