Before<before surgery>Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>After<after surgery>It has been 17 days since I had cheekbone reduction, square jaw reduction, masseter reduction, and cortical osteotomy. I was someone who always used my hair like curtains to cover the sides of my face. My face was really wide and flat. I always had a complex about it, but I was so scared and had no time, and I lived thinking I would have to rest for months if I had surgery, so surgery felt like a distant story. I just lived like that, and during COVID I really liked wearing a mask, but then COVID ended, and I do a sport too, and when the wind blew my hair around I couldn't keep the curtains up, and tying it back... I felt so embarrassed I thought I was going crazy. I still feel like it may be late now (mid-40s), but if I waited any longer, I thought I really wouldn't be able to do it, so I finally decided on surgery late in the game. I worked hard researching online and made a list of clinics, then visited consultations diligently, and decided to have it done by Director Park Jong-rim at 345. 345 was the last place I went to. I even thought maybe I shouldn't go, maybe I should stop going to consultations, but I felt like I really had to see Director Park Jong-rim, so I dragged myself there, had the consultation, then got the tests done right away, booked the surgery, and left. I keep thinking what would have happened if I hadn't gone. The clinic atmosphere was so nice, clean, kind, reasonably priced, and the size was appropriate. Most of all, Dr. Park Jong-rim. He consulted with me very sincerely and meticulously, explained in detail what I needed and what I didn't need, and I just trusted him immediately. If you have a consultation, you will probably know right away what I mean.
I wanted to do all 3 procedures, but the doctor said it would be better not to do the chin tip, so I decided on 2 procedures and had the surgery. After surgery, it hurt less than I expected. Aside from feeling nauseous until the anesthesia wore off, it really didn't hurt, so I was surprised. And now that a little over 2 weeks have passed, it feels like the swelling is slowly going down, and I can see that my facial line is more refined, so I'm really happy. My face was seriously wide and flat, so honestly, I didn't expect that much. I just hoped that when I showed my face, it would look even a little less unattractive, that was all. I'm trying to be a little ambitious and diet hard at the same time too, and now that it's been over 2 weeks, noodles are easy to eat. I've been eating so much jjajangmyeon, ramen, and noodles that I feel like I'll gain more weight. I'm going to pull myself together again and try hard. If anyone is debating surgery, I want to tell you to do it soon. Don't wait until you're older like me. It really hurts much less than expected, and even though there is still a lot of swelling now, I really like it. I'll post another review when a bit more time has passed~
