Phew, I was always bothered by my originally wide nostril wings and blunt nasal tip, and I wanted to improve those points with the minimum surgery necessary for me, so I decided to get alar reduction. Among the clinics I consulted, Unimedi seemed to understand what I wanted the best, so I got alar reduction at Unimedi. Before surgery I was really nervous, even up until the moment anesthesia was administered, but the director told me not to be too nervous and helped calm me down a bit. After the surgery, there was so little pain that I felt like I had been nervous for nothing. Since it was my first surgery, I often texted the consultation manager, and they replied kindly and immediately and took good care of me. During consultation, they asked what kind of result I wanted, so I said I wanted it to be as natural as possible, and the director caught that point well. I’m satisfied because even with alar reduction alone, I was able to get away from my old wide and blunt-looking nose.
