Before<before procedure><3 months after procedure><3 months after procedure>Hi~ Today work ended late, so I ended up arriving 30 minutes later than my appointment time Today marks exactly 3 months, and I received my final aftercare! I got extracorporeal shock wave therapy and mesotherapy fat-dissolving treatment, and I thoroughly received nutrition counseling, a medication prescription, progress consultation, and even the final consultation haha After getting nutrition counseling, I definitely feel like my eating habits have settled a lot, and the amount I eat has decreased a lot too. Even if I eat only about half, I actually feel full, so I end up stopping on my own lol When I first went to the clinic and measured my weight and size, I was 71.5 kg and 93.3 cm, and now that all the aftercare is finished, I got the result of 63.6 kg and 84.3 cm haha My doubts about whether I could really lose it disappeared completely lol But after seeing the effect on my abdomen, I’m also bursting with the desire to do other areas too, so during the final consultation I kept asking about other areas lol I also kind of want to include the love handles and completely destroy the whole upper body lol But one thing is for sure: I really don’t regret doing it, and I think I made a really good choice I really love that the lines that wouldn’t improve even with exercise are now taking shape! Everyone, let’s diet hard^^
