My wide nasal alar base and low nasal bridge were complexes for me, so the year before last I had alar reduction, silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage used for the nasal tip. Because my nose was originally asymmetrical, once it became higher, the asymmetry does stand out a bit more, but I’m satisfied. I think my image also changed a bit the way I wanted. But these days I feel a little pressure around my nose, so I’m wondering whether I should remove the silicone
