I said I just wanted the columella to be a little less prominent, but it turned into an arrow-shaped nose and a dragon nose, and I look so much older... I thought the 4th surgery might finally be a success, but why is there no middle ground? Is making only the columella shorter relatively simple? Do you recommend refining it with a 5th surgery?
