At two large hospitals, they said my nasal bridge is not low and is somewhat present, but I’m considering surgery because of my bulbous nose and short nose (upturned nose). Two doctors said non-implant surgery would be fine, but that it would look prettier if I put in a thin silicone implant.. I’m really torn because I’m worried I might blindly go with no implant and not like the result, or put one in and then get side effects later.. What do you think? (It’s my first surgery, and it’s a male nose.)
