I had a very severe retruded chin, so I decided to have chin tip surgery. I went to 3 hospitals, and I chose the place that was the kindest. Before surgery, I barely had a chin, so from the side, there was basically no jawline at all.
So I didn’t have a big desire to become very handsome; I just asked them to create a jawline. So based on their recommendation, I decided to have chin tip surgery, liposuction, muscle tying, and a little contouring, and went into surgery.
First of all, what felt different from other hospitals was that the doctor, manager, front desk, nursing team, and so on were all so kind. I had ptosis correction at another hospital before, and because the kindness here was different from back then, I decided I should do it here. The operating room was also much cleaner than I expected, which was nice.
Right after surgery, it hurt a lot because of the pain, and my face swelled so much that I was really worried. After about a day, it seemed a little better, and I think I’ll have to watch the progress to know for sure whether the chin tip turned out well. At first, I was so swollen that even breathing was really hard.
The nurses were so kind right after surgery, and even though I had surgery alone, I was very grateful. They even wiped my runny nose and were so kind.
One inconvenient thing was that to go from my room to the bathroom, I had to pass by the front desk area, and I felt a bit embarrassed having to show my very swollen face.
